On the same, IRS would not be functioning due to the scheduled maintenance for Labor Day. Those who have not filed their return yet and would be filing in nearing future do remember that filing HVUT electronically from 10 p.m. ET from August 31st 2013 to 5 a.m. ET on September 3rd 2013 will not be acknowledged by IRS.
